Here are all the long lost movies I have not been able to get up on the blog. I hope you enjoy them. Sorry it has taken me so long to figure it out. If you need a visitor code it will just be "Brayden".
Here is the pirate sailing his ship.
Brayden is enjoying the Halloween season. He is really into all the “spooky wookies!” He loves to go to the store and look at all the decorations and loves anything that pops up or moves.
He loves to say “The five little pumpkin” finger play, tell the story of the “Dark, dark wood,” and pretend to be Halloween creatures.
He loves to play and hide under sheets and blankets on the bed. He often pretends he is on a train chugging down the track under his sheet. Of course, he always loves other passengers on his train with him. He would like a play buddy right beside him in all he does and plays these days. He does a great rendition of “Down by the station.” (You can see some of it on one of the video clips.)
Brayden makes the funniest scrunched up faces when he is thinking, making a decision, and talking to new people we meet.
Brayden will no longer wear the full body sleepers. He demands that his belly button be assessable so he can rub and scratch it throughout the night. We have resorted to sleeping in sweats so he can pull up his shirt.
When Bray is excited and really into telling someone something he often talks with his hands palms up and shakes them as he talks. He will also giggle a finger at you at others times.
When Brayden falls down or gets hurt he immediately pops up and says, “I’m Okay!”
He can unlock the front door on his own now. The other day Daddy went to take the trash out and I found Brayden in the hallway looking for him. He had bumped down the stair, unlocked and opened the door on his own.
Brayden is going through a very independent streak. He wants to do everything in his way and at his own time. We have many trying moments throughout a day. When Bray does not get his way, at his time he cries about it and says, “Mommy makes me sad.” He gets so upset when he is crying and says, “I can’t talk!” He likes water and someone to wipe the tears from his face before he will stop. Then he says, “I feel better!” He has sulking and pouting moments and times will just refuses to answer a question, also. We are hearing a lot of NO’s and “I don’t want to.” or “I don’t like that!” or “Stop that!” He never wants to stop playing for a bath or to eat and really pushes not going to bed. All our bag of tricks just don’t seem to be working as well. We have to somehow make things be his idea or give him a choice that he can do it or Mommy and Daddy can help him. Of course, it is always “Brayden can do it!” Then, the trouble it trying to get him to do it quickly. Lets hope it is a short phase.
Brayden loves raspberries and has figured out they are much more fun to eat if you put them over the tips of your fingers.
When Bray has accomplished something he yell, “There I go!”
Happy Fall!
