So smart!!!

Brayden amazes us! It is like he turned one and everything came together. He does something or says something new every day. His new animal noise is “Moo.” He loves to drive his cars around the house and rev their engines has he goes “vroom, vroom.” He has started to flip his lips with his pointer finger and make silly noises.

He loves to push things around. His little radio flyer is perfect because he can load it up with toys and push it all around the house.

We turned his car seat around this weekend and we are parting his hair on the other side. Do you like it? I’m having trouble adjusting to it, but his cowlick in back wants it to go that way. It makes for a much messier due.

He is pointing to everything and wanting to talk about it. He loves it when I read a book and ask him to find an animal. He thinks for a while and then points to it. We do this in the bath with his toys, also. I put all his toys in the tub and ask him if he can “find the duck…frog, ball, cat, boat.” Then I ask him to hand them to me. It is so cool to see the wheels turning.

His favorite game is “drop the toy” (or food or whatever might be in his way). He drops something and says “UH-OH!” He will say “UH-OH” any chance he gets.

Brayden is practicing so he can get his game up for the next time he sees his great gramps Jim.

This age is so rewarding for the teacher in Mommy.

He is so busy! I can tell you all really enjoy him! I really would love to see him again...so I could hear all those cute words he's saying now. Too bad Blogger doesn't have audio clips that we could hear too!
